I have tools for the Index, Glitches, and Videos pages of the site. You'll have to save and upload the files yourself (save as PHTML) plus you'll still have to manually upload the videos and thumbnails, but these JS-based tools should code the actual pages for you. I won't get a chance to upload them today, but I'll try for tomorrow (I'm on the computer, like, every day).

Got a little sidetracked for a while, I'll get back to work on SCV3 soon. I got sidetracked trying to figure out how to alter my system such that I could convert .BIN Super Smash Bros. Brawl screenshots (from an SD card) to JPEGs by right-clicking them and hitting "Convert Brawl Screenshot". I succeeded in doing so, so I may add an article to the site detailing how to do that.

Is everyone cool if I go through and correct some spelling, grammar and punctuation on many of the submissions? I can do it, and I don't see why we would need permission from the original submitters.
Also, I would usually recommend .co.nr as a good free domain service (we could probably have http://www.systemcrash.co.nr), but I find that it gives you LOADS of spam traffic, and you have to place a link to them on your main page. I'll go and register a shorturl and miniurl now so they don't get stolen.
Cheers, Franklint

Glitches editing tool is revamped (though the Previews still look broken as PHP commands can only be run when the document actually exists on the server, and the previews are created by the JS and thus exist only in your temporary files).

Not a problem. Both are done. PM me for passwords or whatever if you want to change account settings. We're now "systemcrash.shorturl.com".
I'll modify some of the submissions and correct the writing ASAP.
Cheers, Franklint

The ShortURL works perfectly, and it isn't obtrusive either!
One bug, though -- when following off-site links, it "sticks" and is there on the new page -- this results from the usage of frames. I'm gonna look for a JS-based solution -- probably one that checks all links and, if they're offsite links, alters them to "break out" of the frames.
EDIT: I fixed the problems associated with ShortURL's (subtle) usage of frames; now, you won't be brought back to the index when refreshing at the shortURL (though the address bar still won't show the right URL after following a link); and off-site links won't have the ShortURL bar stuck to them when you follow them. Users without JS will only experience the minor inconvienences those scripts remove and shouldn't have any problems as a result of me adding the scripts.
In short, the ShortURL is now 99% perfect.
In other news, we now have a favicon for the site! It's just an S in the SC font I created, but... yeah.
EDIT: Oh, and the Videos tool has received the same treatment as the Glitches tool -- you can now remove Videos easily. If you want, I can add functionality to both for editing Glitches/Videos you've already added. As for editing Glitches/Videos pages that are already on the site, though... the tools still won't work for those unless you're willing to retype everything -- if you want, though, I can make it so that you just copy-and-paste the source code into a textbox and "load" the page into the editing tools.
EDIT: Should I maybe ask people for glitches? That is, there are a lot of great SSBB glitches on YouTube; should I ask the people who discovered these glitches if I can put them on the site? Should a similar policy be adopted for other games?
