Hi guys.
Sorry it took me so long to post this. There are several other glitches that I must post, but this'll do for a few days.
Game: Wii Sports System: Nintendo Wii Glitch: Unintended slow-mo. This glitch is extremely simple, but shocked me when I found it. On Wii Sports, there is a training area, with several excercises for each of the sports so you can practice your skills.
One of the bowling activities is about "Power Shots". You are presented with a bowling alley. You have one bowl and have to knock down as many pins as possible. However, each time one extra row of pins is added to the back of the setup.
Continue as normal through this mode, until you finally get to 91 pins (the final level). Now this is the hard bit. You must GET A STRIKE and knock down all the pins. Remember, you only get one try. Once you do this, you will find that on impact with several pins, and in consecutive replays, the system will experience highly noticable slowdown, because it has to do so many things at once.
Although quite a simple glitch, I found this interesting because it proves that Nintendo didn't think everything through as much as they should have. The game ENCOURAGES you to get as many strikes as possible, and yet when you pull off this feat on the final level of the session, the system finds it hard to cope.
That is all.
OMG, what a lame glitch. Oh well, I'll do better next time!
I may try and get a movie uploaded of this for those without a Wii.
Cheers, Franklint
