Game: Call of Duty 3 Glitch: Sudden Enemy Appearance Description: You know those situations when you walk into a house and are suddenly ambushed by a bunch of enemies? Well, to prevent the enemies from leaving the house and not ambushing you, they're not actually in the map at first, they're inserted when you enter the region. There are some cases (such as this one American level where you have to take over a house and a barn) where you can use a not-as-much-used entrance and see the enemies appear out of nowhere (in the American level with the house and the barn, try the barn's rear entrance).

Software: Internet Explorer 7 Description: Downloading a file glitches all JavaScript -- trying to execute JavaScript commands from the Address Bar with the javascript: prefix after downloading a file results in an error message saying:
Internet Explorer cannot download . unspecified error
This could be a result of IE trying to download the JS command as if it were a URL. 0_o

EDIT: Just found out, the glitch that was in this post wasn't really a glitch at all but a clever secret leading to a hidden door.

UPDATE AT LONG LAST!
Game: Red Steel Level: Bloody Sunset Description: Get to the part where you blow up the propane tanks to blast into the staircase. Do that, kill all the bad guys, walk to the next checkpoint, and then head back to the rubble. Go to the stairway next to the rubble, and try to jump (from the top) onto the rail. If you do it right, you should eventually be able to jump from the top of that first set of stairs onto the lowest point of its rail. From there, carefully walk up the rail as far up as you can go. Turn to face the set of stairs blocked off by the rubble from the propane blast. Leap towards that set of stairs. Three things'll happen:
1. You'll make it. You'll find that in the unreachable area, there are two red unopenable doors. You can go down to the second one until you're in danger of... 2. Falling and dying a bottomless-pit death. 3. Outcome 3? You fall just barely short, so you SHOULD die a pit death, but you don't. In this case, turn to face the rail you're "stuck" to and jump while moving forward. If you're lucky, you'll live and end up on the level below.
If you don't die, you can go back into the normal part of the level at any time -- the rubble acts like a slope from "behind".
Also, try going to the first red door and looking through the glass rail at the stairway below -- the lowest parts of the unreachable area appear extra-bright through glass, like night-vision.
I'd post a video but I recently let my friend borrow my copy of Red Steel -- in fact, I discovered this at his house. So no video yet.

Game: Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Area: OUTSIDE of any entrance to Castle Town (Hyrule Field) Glitch: Vanishing Civilians Description: If you take out the Hawkeye, face towards the entrance to Castle Town, and zoom in as far as you can (while standing JUST outside the door), you may see some of the town citizens vanish in thin air. I've only seen it happen once, however.
Game: LoZ:TP Area: Central Castle Town, Balcony (Enter the tower with the Goron family and head to the balcony) Glitch: Wolf Glitchiness Description: Go to the balcony and go to one of the corners. Transform into a wolf. Now, head to the Goron's right. Get Wolf Link into the corner formed by the Goron's right side and the balcony rail. Use C-Up to make sure you're facing exactly between the Goron and the railing. Now, hold L and, while running between the Goron and the rail, button-mash B (Attack). After four or so consecutive B-button uses, Wolf Link should be suddenly launched into the right-side corner of the balcony.
Speaking of which, if, as Wolf Link, you turn around and head back inside, you can use attacks and dash. However, the Gorons won't notice. You have to head back to the balcony to transform back into Human Link, however.
Game: LoZ:TP Area: Ordon Village Glitch: Cucco Out of Range Description: Walk over to the mayor's house and beat up a Cucco. Try to manuever it towards the ranch entrance while you beat it up. After enough hits, you should be able to control the Cucco; have it run up the path to the ranch and you'll find that it can go about three times as far as Link can. It will, however, eventually reach an invisible wall. Try to follow it as Human Link and you'll be transported to the ranch.

Game: Red Steel Level: Geisha House Glitch: Swordfight Glitch Description: At the, I think, fourth swordfight (when I add this to the site, there'll be a video included, so once that's up it shouldn't be too hard to identify which swordfight this happens at), grab or bring an Uzi and go up the elevator to trigger the cutscene where the swordswoman taunts you. Then, go back down. Shoot a few bullets from your Uzi, and then hit the button to go back up. About halfway up the elevator shaft, start reloading your Uzi while walking towards the (closed) elevator doors, such that the moment they open, you'll be walking out of them. Once you finish reloading, your character will draw their sword; press left on the D-pad (on the Wiimote) to switch to your Uzi; your character will keep trying to switch back, so keep pressing Left. Once the swordfight begins, sidestep a few times and you should suddenly be able to jump and move like normal. Jump off the platform and switch to a gun. You'll find that your character's arm and wrist are bent at extreme angles; however, even though your gun is pointing off to the side, when you fire it, the bullets will appear in front of you as if you were holding it normally (the trajectory of your shots is determined by where your aiming cursor is, not by where your weapon is actually pointing). Furthermore, you can't turn. You can still jump, zoom, use Focus Time, and switch weapons. Zooming or switching to a two-handed weapon reveals that your smaller katana is glued to your character's left hand. Going back up the elevator (assuming you're facing in a direction such that you can actually hit the button) may allow you to walk through the swordswoman as if she wasn't even there; she'll sometimes move her head to look at you, but she won't move. Because it's impossible to fully end the glitch, you'll probably have to restart from the last checkpoint as it's likely you'll be facing away from the door you have to go through to continue the level.

Software: Windows XP Professional SP2 (may work on other Windows XP versions) Glitch: "Remove from This List" crashes the GUI Description: You must have the new, XP-style menues on. You know how in the Start Menu, there's a list of the most recently-/frequently-used programs, and how you can remove entries? Well, remove one item (preferably the lowets one) and before it is removed, remove the item below it (this works best when the computer's being slow). If things work right, you'll get the dialog box that tells you a program is crashing and asks if you want to send Microsoft an error report, except the program listed is... Windows Explorer! As with all Explorer crashes, the taskbar, Desktop icons, and all open folders will vanish until Explorer restarts, and open folders will not be restored.
